This is a custom Wind Data Logger station built for the USDA ARS

The Wind Data Logger and solar panel will be on the shore of a animal sewage lagoon. The two anemometers and the temperature sensor will float on a buoy in the lagoon. There is a 200' submersible cable that connects the shore to the bouys.
